Our large 5-bedroom guest house is located on the edge of the market town of Padiham, near Burnley, Lancashire. We offer a friendly, homely atmosphere for visitors, whether on business or pleasure, and will ensure your stay is a pleasant and relaxing one.

All rooms are en-suite and have recently been tastefully re-decorated, and have as standard, colour tv/dvd, free view boxes, tea and coffee making facilities and wireless internet access. |
Local amenities, both in Padiham and Burnley, are excellent with a large range of pubs, restaurants, banks, cinema, swimming pools, leisure centre etc.

On the western edge of town overlooking the Calder valley, we are only 5 minutes from the M65 motorway and 10 minutes from Burnley. Manchester is easily reached within 30 minutes and Manchester Airport is only 45 minutes away.
Close to the traditional mill town of Burnley, we are on the edge of some lovely countryside with stunning views, such as nearby Pendle Hill. The Yorkshire Dales National Park is within easy reach for those wishing to explore this rugged and beautiful part of the country. |
How to find us
From M65 Junction 8: Take the A6068 exit off the roundabout towards Padiham. At the traffic lights at the bottom of the hill, turn right onto the A678 Blackburn Road. Follow the road into town and at the mini roundabout, bear right downhill. Windsor House is approximately 100m down Church St on the right hand side, at the corner with King St.
From M65 Junction 10/Burnley: Take the A671 Burnley Road towards Padiham for 2 miles. In town drive over the River Calder bridge and follow the road across the mini roundabout and then uphill. Bear left at the next mini roundabout and then uphill. Bear left at the next mini roundabout still following the A671 past the church on the right. After the Zebra crossing and working men's' club, Windsor House is at the end of the block of shops on the left hand side, on the corner of King St. |
