Warren House is situated in a enviable rural setting with stunning views of much admired countryside within the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, yet it is also accessible within 4 miles of Grassington, 13 miles north of the historic market town of Skipton, 2 miles from Kettlewell, 1 mile from Arncliffe, and less than 1 mile from Kilnsey Crag and the Tennants Arms pub-restaurant.
 
There are three bedrooms at Warren House, two doubles and a twin. All rooms are en-suite, central heated, double glazed, with courtesy tray. There is a residents' sitting area wth TV, a breakfast room, and a residents' garden area with furniture. Warren House has private off-road car parking.
A full English Breakfast is served each morning and fresh local produce is used whenever possible.
Warren House is a 'no smoking' establishment, and is not suitable for pets or chidlren under 12.
 
Directions
From Skipton take the main road towards Grassington passing through Rylstone, Cracoe and Threshfield. At Threshfield carry straight on, ignoring the right turn to Grassington and proceed along this road through Kilnsey. Just after Kilnsey Crag, take the left turning towards Arncliffe and Litton, and Warren House is the first property on the left approximately one mile along this road.
