Thornbury House is situated on a peaceful tree-lined avenue at the foot of the Malvern Hills, just a few minutes walk to Malvern town centre, its theatre and the Great Malvern railway station.
Situated in the Heart of England, Malvern is an ideal location for family reunions or a get together with friends. There are many tourist attractions within easy reach including Eastnor Castle, Worcester Cathedral and the Severn Valley Railway. The Malvern Hills and surrounding countryside provide the perfect backdrop for walking holidays.
Facilities
Our beautiful Victorian 40-seater dining room provides a quiet and intimate setting for group dining and functions. Evening meals are available if pre-booked for parties of eight or more.
The dining area opens directly onto the beautiful, traditionally laid out, south-facing Victorian garden. The half acre garden is the perfect backdrop for your wedding photography and summer functions with plenty of space for marquees.
The recently refurbished lounge bar is open to all residents providing a pleasant meeting room and a warming fire in winter.

Thornbury House has 14 recently renovated en-suite rooms, all offering bed and breakfast accomodation. Single, double and twin rooms are available all with tea and coffee-making facilities.
Prices are per room per night, based on two people sharing and includes breakfast.
Standard Rooms £78.00 per night Standard rooms all have tea and coffee-making facilities and colour TV.
Superior Rooms £88.00 per night Superior rooms come equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities, digital TV and entertainment centre, trouser press and spacious luxury bathroom.

Thornbury House provides a beautiful and intimate setting for weddings, christenings, parties and, on occasion, funeral wakes. We are happy to discuss your indivual requirements and develop bespoke menus to ensure your day runs smoothly.
Our quiet location offers an environment perfect for staff training days, meetings or team building away days.
We also specialise in house parties for up to 25 people which can include dinner in our elegant restaurant with superb food. Celebrate birthdays, family reunions or get active and arrange a walking holiday with friends.
