 | The Firs is a friendly Bed & Breakfast situated near Cricket St Thomas wildlife park and close to the town of Chard. Our location makes us an ideal base for exploring Somerset and Devon, make sure to visit our attractions page to find suggestions of good days out. We welcome families, children can either share with parents, or have a room of their own. A travel cot and high chair is available for babies. All rooms have wireless Internet access.
A full English breakfast is served, along with toast, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit and juice, kippers or fish cakes. Various teas, (including fruit tea) and coffee are also available.
Rooms Accommodation at The Firs consists of three large double bedrooms. We have one double room with en-suite shower room, one double room and one twin room, each with a private bathroom. We welcome families, children can share a family room with parents or have a travel cot and high chair. Price for children according to age. All the rooms have freeview colour television, tea and coffee making facilities, plenty of drawer and wardrobe space and a comfortable armchair. We do please ask for rooms to be vacated by 10:30 am on the morning of departure. We do have a family room with two full size bunk beds and two twin rooms.
Breakfast Room A full English breakfast is served with toast, cereals, jam and marmalade, grapefruit. melon, fruit salad, fruit juices, kippers or fishcakes..Various teas, fruit teas and coffee, a choice of fresh fruits and natural or fruit flavoured yoghurts, LUNCH AND DINNER IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY. However we do recommend some great places to dine nearby.
