This fine Edwardian house is situated on the Bath Road within easy walking distance of the Town Centre, the famous Royal Worcester Porcelain factory and Worcester Cathedral.

The hotel has been totally refurbished. It offers fourteen very comfortable bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms, television and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a spacious dining area where breakfast is served also a residents lounge for relaxing. The Hotel Car Park accommodates ten cars and there is additional parking on-road outside the hotel.

The City of Worcester records Roman origins and later survived the marauding Vikings. The magnificent Cathedral, which dates from Norman times, 1100AD, is the burial place of King John and Henry, Price of Wales, the eldest son of Henry VII and brother of the infamous Henry VIII. The City of Worcester was the Headquarters of King Charles II during the Civil war and the final battle was fought here in 1651. During this time the City of Worcester was affectionately called 'The faithful City' by the Royalist followers.

The Hotel is an excellent base to set off for the Cotswolds, Oxford, and Stratford upon Avon, Welsh Borders and Cheltenham.

Direction from the M5 - Leave at exit 7. Follow signs to City Centre, at the traffic lights for A38 (Tewksbury), turn left Follow the main road (Bath Rod) up the hill to Bolston Road, which is the second turning on your left.
