Roslin Villa is owned and managed by Brian and Sue Fuggles, who have retained most of the attractive features of the Victorian Era whilst subtly updating the property to meet the requirements of modern day guests. Immediately guests enter the elegant hall they begin to feel at home and any tension from the journey begin to fade.

The breakfasts are served in an attractive room, which still has its original wood panelled ceiling. It contains an interesting range of furniture and objets d'art. To retain the family atmosphere they offer only 5 rooms. But because they have retained the original spaciousness they can cater for a wide range of their guest's requirements, whether it be for single, twin, double or family use. All of the bedrooms are comfortably furnished and have colour TV, tea and coffee making tray and hair drier.All of the rooms have ensuite facilities, with a shower. They have also ensured that the premises comply with the present hygiene, safety, security and fire requirements.

There is a large secluded walled garden to the rear of the house which guests are welcome to use for their relaxation and enjoyment. Roslin Villa is a detached house with ample parking to the front of the property. It is conveniently placed within walking distance of Maidstone and easy driving for the M20/M25.
