We are a friendly, family run business and have enjoyed serving our guests for twenty-three years with excellent bed & breakfast facilities.
We are located between Leicester (7 miles, M1 junction 21A) and Loughborough (4 miles, M1 junction 23), just off the A6.
 
We are situated on the River Soar and most of our rooms overlook the river and surrounding countryside. Our rooms are clean, warm and comfortable and most are en-suite.
 
All rooms have television and tea and coffee making facilities.
Our delightful Full English Breakfast is as follows:

Our private car park is covered by 24 hours CCTV security.
Across the road from our B & B, next to Mountsorrel Lock is a very popular watering hole, the Waterside Inn. There you will be able to get food at lunchtime and dinner in the evening until 9.00pm
