TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We will request that our guests provide us with their credit card details in order to reserve the room - we will not take any money from the card - it's merely to hold the reservation
Our cancellation terms are one week’s notice beyond which a charge, up to the full price of the booking, will be made
Check-in time is usually between 4pm - 10pm, but subject to agreement we may be able to accept check-in between 12-2pm
Check-out time is 10.30am on the day of departure

Breakfast
Breakfast at Pebbles is for the true Bed and Breakfast connoisseur. Comfortable suroundings with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. We offer a selection of fantastic cooked breakfast ranging from Beans on toast to the truly unforgetable Pebbles full English breakfast. Everything at Pebbles is cooked to order to ensure freshness and quailty. We use only the highest quailty bacon and sausages plus we only use free range eggs. If you are looking for something slightly less weight enhancing we can offer you fresh fruit and cereals.
Directions By Road
* Take A127 towards Southend-on-Sea. * As you approach Southend, watch out for the Bell public house on your left. * You are now in Prince Avenue. Go through traffic lights and over controlled pedestrian crossing to roundabout. * Take the second exit into Priory Crescent. The road bears right and then left. * Go straight over the next two roundabouts and past Cecil Jones school. * At the next roundabout turn right into Hamstel Road and follow this road (the name changes to Lifstan Way at the White Horse pub) all the way to the seafront. * Turn left onto Eastern Esplanade and Pebbles is 100 metres on your left. * There is a free 150 space car park between Lifstan Way and Pebbles, beside the Camelia Hotel, or you can park free and unrestricted on the road outside Pebbles.
Directions by Rail
* Take the C2C line from Fenchurch Street to Southend East. * Exit the station on the north side of the tracks and turn right to follow the railway line eastwards until you reach Lifstan Way. * Turn right at Lifstan Way and follow all the way to the seafront. * Turn left onto Eastern Esplanade and Pebbles is 100 metres on your left. * Pebbles is c1.5 miles from Southend East station so you may prefer a taxi – 01702 334455 or 01702 345678.
