Directions Leave the M4 Motorway at Junction 35, sign posted A473 Pencoed/Bridgend Join A473 bearing left Straight through the 1st roundabout, passing the Mercedes Garage on the right hand side. Straight through the 2nd roundabout passing retail park/B&Q on the left hand side At the 3rd roundabout take the second exit, joining the A48 Straight on through mini roundabout, passing McDonalds and then Petrol Station on the right hand side. Carry on under bridge, at next roundabout take first exit left and then left again into the New Inn Guest House.
