The Mullion Cove Hotel is a celebration of quality, style and service. A hotel combining traditional values with modern amenities in a simply unrivalled setting.

We invite you to experience it for yourself...

11K

Mullion Cove Hotel stands in a spectacular position on the cliffs above the working harbour of Mullion Cove. Built at the behest of the Cornish Railway at the turn of the century, it commands spectacular views along thirty miles of glorious coastline.

From the lounge, look down to the harbour with it's jetties, fish cellars and sandy beaches and along the dramatic coastline of Britain's most southerly peninsula.

The Hotel

The hotel was built during the late Victorian times by the Great Western Railway as they had planned to extend a branch line from Helston down to Cury (the next village to Mullion) where it was hoped wealthy Victorians would head during the summer months. The hotel was in situ when the First World War broke out but sadly the war meant that the line was not extended as planned.

However, the Hotel sits on top of the cliffs as proudly today as at the beginning of the century. This magnificent location, surrounded only by National Trust land and with fantastic views along thirty miles of glorious coastline towards Mounts Bay and Land’s End, is truly memorable. The hotel has been tastefully and sympathetically refurbished retaining much of it's original charm. Modern facilities, the most welcoming of teams and delicious cuisine ensure your stay at Mullion Cove will be, quite simply, unforgettable.

The Cove Bar

This spacious conservatory style bar provides the perfect setting for guests to relax and socialise. The bar is a particular favourite for many of our guests and is ideal for a lunch, cream tea or a pre-dinner aperitif whilst watching the sunset over Land's End to the west.

The Facilities

The hotel has a solar heated pool in the gardens overlooking Mullion Cove and a sauna.

If a little more activity is called for then a short walk inland takes you to the village of Mullion, where you will discover a 15C church and a wide range of shops and galleries. The golf club at Mullion offers a superb 18 hole links course or perhaps an hour or two admiring the countryside on horseback appeals?

Take a boat trip from the harbour and catch a few fish or watch the seals as they play around in the warm waters.
