Eastbourne in known as the sunshine coast and living here it is easy to understand why, we have a protected climate, as we are in a 10 mile bay from Beachy Head in the west, to Hastings the 1066 country to the east. Close by is the ancient town of Rye with its cobbled streets and quaint shops and tea rooms.
All our rooms are en-suite and non- smoking with remote TV and video combi, freeview box, free Internet access to all rooms, and video library. Completely refurbished and decorated to a high standard.
Breakfast is served in our light and airy dining room. There is a choice of breakfast from traditional full English to a lighter option. All special diets are catered for by prior arrangement.

For walkers, Eastbourne is at the eastern end of the South Downs way starting with Beachy Head, the views are simply breathtaking, and there is a bus service to aid the stroller who does not want to undertake Long walks
Loriston Guesthouse is within walking distance of the town centre, all four theatres, Victorian pier, promenade, many restaurants, beautiful gardens, tennis and conference centre. The beach is only 40 meters away and close by is the Sovereign harbour and the marina and golf courses.
