It is a family run business providing quality accommodation and lovely rooms with a bed and breakfast service to short term and long term visitors or contract workers. The rooms are all very spacious (some ground floor level for easy access) the following services and facilities are provided, all rooms with private en-suite, all offering tea/coffee making facilities, colour television and complimentary wireless internet access. Ironing board and hairdryers are available on request.
There is also ample off road parking (some ground floor level rooms have parking directly outside the room for ease of access).
The location of our guest house in Warwick is ideal because it is central to both Leamington Spa and Warwick. It takes approximately 2 minutes to drive into either town centre.
