Hay Lake Farm offers comfortable accommodation with en-suite facilities and is situated in a quiet location, in the countryside with easy access to the A38, Plymouth, the moors, and both the north and south coast of Cornwall.
Many National Trust properties and the Eden Project are within easy reach by car, and there are facilities for both golf and coarse fishing in the area.
We can also offer you the opportunity to bring your horse on holiday with you as we have Equestrian facilities available, and the pleasure of hacking around the quiet country lanes.
For those who enjoy walking or cycling there are miles of lanes and footpaths around us that offer an ever changing scenery of hedgerows and wildlife throughout the year.

The pleasant drive down the lane to Hay Lake Farm is completed by the warm welcome that we offer all our visitors. We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.

Location
From Plymouth & Saltash: Follow the A38 towards Liskeard, and at Landrake go under the footbridge over the A38 and take the second right turn into West Lane, and follow this road for ¾ mile. You will see the sign for Hay Lake Farm on your left hand side just before the staggered crossroads.
From Liskeard and West Cornwall: Follow the A38 towards Plymouth, and at Landrake take the first left turn into West Lane. (Approx. 50 yards past the speed camera also on the left side of the road). Travel down West Lane for ¾ mile. You will see the sign for Hay Lake Farm on your left hand side just before the staggered crossroads.
