A family run Bed and Breakfast. It is situated on the outskirts of Edinburgh, approximately 6 miles from the city centre. We are on a good route for public transport offering you a bus at least every 15 minutes to half an hour depending on the time of day.
We are open all year round, and in each of our bedrooms we offer you the following facilities; a colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. We hope that this will entice you to make a booking with us and we look forward to receiving your enquiry.
If you so wish an evening meal can be provided. We do not object to guests smoking as long as no other guest has any other objection to it.
We opened the B & B about six years ago so that we could meet people from all over the world and hopefully out of the people we have met so far then we would like to think that we have made some friends and it is nice to see them every once and a while. |

| Musselburgh is a small town comparatively with a city of Edinburgh's size, although there is plenty to do for the person who is mad on sport's. And even if sport is not your first choice you can always undertake in some gentle relaxing strolling in this gorgeous "Greenbelt Area", which is only 6 and a half miles from Edinburgh's city centre. |

1. We dot not object to guests smoking as long as no other guest has any other objection to it.
2. We are not a licensed premises, but feel free to bring own
3. Of the 3 rooms, only one is en-suite
4. An evening meal can be organised as long as they are booked in advance.
5. Disabled guests are welcome but there are no special facilities provided.
6. Yes we operate a special diet system for those of us who are on a sugar free diet or on a Vegans diet or anyone who is a vegetarian.
