	Welcome!! Our 17th century farmhouse has nineteen en-suite guest bedrooms. All the rooms are spacious and are furnished in a country farmhouse style, with internet access throughout We don't have a public restaurant, but in the evenings our dining room is open to residents and their guests for home made farmhouse suppers. There is a bar, log fire in winter, and a cosy lounge which has a superb view of Breedon Hill. The Hotel has twenty acres of land, and no neighbours! We have our own caravan park and a barn where we hold private functions. There's lots to do locally. We have conference facilities for up to 100 delegates with syndicate rooms. 24 hours and daily delegate packages available. 	Park Farm Barn Our original brick and timber barn is available for hire for wedding parties, barbeques and barn dances all year round! Just bring your guests - we'll do the rest! Suitable for parties of 70 people and up to 250, depending on the style of the occasion. Please ask for our separate brochure and tariff. Our new Oak Room is now available for smaller parties.

PIG STY DINER

Open the doors to instant atmosphere!!

Just step inside and you're in another world! The Barn hasn't altered much since it was built in 1720. The pigs have moved out, so you'll have to bring your own livestock; but we'll do the rest.

	REAL ALE BARS Features traditional ales and ciders to suit the occasion. We are licensed till midnight. PIG STY DINER Yes, you really eat in the pig sties! We can cater for up to 150 for a formal meal - and that's without using the troughs! If you prefer something a little more casual, we have the answer. FARMER JOHNS BARBEQUE From farmhouse grills to suckling pig! Our indoor barbeque can cope with parties from 30 to 300! We also cater for buffets, vegetarians, vegans, disabled guests - everyone's welcome at the Barn! THE ALL YEAR PARTY The Barn is heated throughout, so we can host your party at any time of year. Our car park is huge, and will take coaches. WEDDINGS You can now hold your marriage ceremony in the barn, followed by the reception and your very own barn dance! Confirmation of reservation

An advance booking is valid if acccommpanied with a deposit of £25.00 per room for each night booked. This can be take by credit card. All accounts must be settled before departure and rooms must be vacated by 10:30am, unless previously arranged.


	How to find us From the North You must take exit 24 off the M1 then A453. You CANNOT get off at 23A or off the A42 until you reach Ashby de la Zouch! From the South M1: take exit 23A, then A453. A42: take the Castle Donington Exit, then right on the A453. FROM EVERYWHERE! On the A453, at Isley Walton, take the Melbourne turning. We are half a mile down this road, near the Pits and Paddock entrance to Donington Park.
