One of Loughborough's oldest guest houses this Victorian building still retains many original features. It is conveniently situated within five minutes walk of the town centre and even closer to the Great Central Railway Steam Trust which is one of the County's leading attractions.
We are also only a few minutes from the University, Taylors Bell Foundry, Prestwold Hall and Beaumanor Hall.
We have ten lovely decorated rooms most with original cast iron fireplaces all of which have en-suite or private facilities. All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities and colour TV.

The De Montfort is suitable for hire as a base for large parties such as visiting teams to the University. Weekly and weekend rates available on request.
Situated just around the corner is the Peacock Inn, a traditional local inn with a large car park. All guests staying at the De Montfort check in and pick up keys at the Peacock first.
Breakfasts are served at the peacock inn mon to Friday 7 till 11am and 8 - 11am Saturday, dinner by arrangement.
Finding Us by Car: We are situated in Loughborough Town centre just off the A6 and close to the University.
