College Guest House is a grand old Georgian house. It has been a college for Baptist Ministers around the 1800's, a Tax Office in the early 60's then an Art Teacher, Ron Lowe, lived here who taught in a local school. It has been a guest house since the 1970's, some rooms still retain the original wooden shutters.
Guests can watch DVD/Satellite TV in the guest lounge where tea/coffee is available all day. You can use your laptop on a WiFi connection.
Free parking in the Old Market Square opposite the guest house.
All eight of our spacious bedrooms are en-suite, with comfortable beds, tea & coffee making facilities and televisions. Clock radio, hairdryers and freeview in all rooms. Iron available to guests.

A full Welsh breakfast is served with our famous thick cut bacon in the Studio Breakfast Room. Special diets can be catered for with advanced notice.

We do offer a small menu of home made foods at the guest house also there are a number of places to eat and drink all in walking distance of the guest house. One of the local Indian restaurants won the best Indian restaurant in the UK 2007. We are located in a quiet part of town for a peaceful nights sleep. We are dog friendly for well behaved dogs.
