We have 22 en suite centrally heated bedrooms, many with glorious views over the bay. All rooms tastefully decorated and have colour TV with DVD player, beverage making facilities, radio alarm clock, hair dryer and mini fridge. Towels and toiletries are provided. Irons are available on request. We have a lovely four poster room with sea view, for that special occasion. Flowers, chocolates, balloons, champagne etc.can be arranged.

1 or 2 night stays subject to availability and supplement of £2 per adult per night in high season.

Children aged 2-14 sharing room with two adults 50% reduction. Under 2's free (when using a cot).

Where singles are accommodated in double/twin rooms, a supplement will apply, according to season.

A deposit is required on all bookings

Telephone bookings will be held for 7 days pending arrival of deposit.

DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, OR DO NOT ARRIVE, UNLESS DUE TO THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF A PROBLEM CAUSED BY US

Credit card payments are subject to a £2.50 charge.

Conditions of Booking

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of deposit and at the correct tariff according to season

No allowances can be made for meals not taken.

Guests are reminded that a legal contract exists when a booking has been made. In the event of cancellation or curtailment the total cost of the reservation will be payable should the accommodation not be re-let. Therefore holiday Insurance is recommended.

Rooms are available from 2pm, but early arrivals may leave their luggage.
Latest check-in 10:00pm

We request rooms to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.

The Area

The Cherry Tree Hotel is ideally situated on Paignton Sea Front. Paignton is an ever popular seaside town with the pier, promenade, shops, restaurants, bars, harbour, multiplex cinema and other entertainment to suit all ages, just minutes from the front door.

The hotel is positioned in a good central spot for exploring. Only a short bus ride away are the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham. There are plenty of things to see and do in the area - here's just a few ideas:
