Welcome to the Castle Hotel
On behalf of the management and staff, may we welcome you to the Castle Hotel, Merthyr Tydfil in Mid Glamorgan, South Wales.

Accommodation
All rooms at the Castle Hotel have en-suite facilities and the maximum satisfaction of our guests is the objective. We want our guests to stay and relax in total satisfaction.
We have a number of suites available, all with colour TV and a selection of satellite channels. In addition all rooms have radio, direct dial telephone, tea and coffee-making facilities, trouser press, modem adapter and hair dryer.
Our reception and housekeeping staff are available to assist with any requests you may have.
All rooms have individual decor reflecting our view that each guest is regarded as an individual.

The Restaurant
A gastronomic delight awaits guests at the Castle Hotel, with our superb local Welsh chef serving English and Welsh cuisine.
Add to this our fine selection of wines, and guests can dine in the ambience of our Crawshay Restaurant, where the relaxed and friendly atmosphere is married to the high quality service of our dedicated staff.
In addition, our cocktail bar offers a fine selection of beers, spirits and liqueurs to accompany any occasion.
The Lamb Bar
A modern and lively wine bar, serving traditional ales, lagers and spirits.
The Lamb Bar also has large screen satellite TV (popular for live football matches).
Breakfast
A choice of cereals, toast, preserves and fruit juice, followed by a full Welsh breakfast consisting of bacon, mushrooms, sausage, egg, beans and tomato. Help yourself to tea and coffee.
Kids eat free!
Aged 5 or under, up to two children can eat breakfast for free when one adult purchases a full breakfast. |
