Beach Dunes House is situated on the site of the now demolished Beach Dunes Hotel and in a position with magnificent views across Perranporth and local countryside.
 
We are able to offer three rooms for accommodation. These rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard and have complimentary colour television/video, tea and coffee making facilities, private toilet, wash basin and bath or shower with the provision of both shaver points and hair dryers. |

This room is off the main hall and allows generous space for our guests.
Full English Breakfast is normally served from 8:30 until 9:15
FIRST FLOOR
Penzance
Large room with views over the village and the countryside.
A double and single bed in this room.
May be used as a twin if single beds are preferred

Mevagissey
Double room with views towards the Dunes and Ocean

St. Ives
Twin room which looks directly onto the Dune System

FOR YOUR FURTHER INFORMATION
Generous free parking is provided within the grounds of the house and the area is covered by security lighting throughout the night.
We are approximately 1/2 hour drive from the Eden Project attraction. To avoid delay at the entrance tickets may be purchased in advance from a the Tourist Board office in Truro.

Tariff
£29.50 per person B&B
Private en-suite facilities are included in the tariffs.
Double rooms occupied as singles carry a supplement according to season.
We do not have facilities for children under 14 years
For guests comfort the house is strictly non smoking
Deposit 25.00 per person per week or part week - non returnable.
Basic accommodation accounts are due on arrival if paying by cheque
We are no longer able to process credit or debit cards
Reservations may be made by telephone and confirmed with a cheque for the appropriate deposit |
