Welcome
Jason and Caron welcome you to the Atlanta. We are a family run, 3 diamond, guest house centrally located on Eastbourne sea front, one of the premier seaside resorts in East Sussex, England.
The Atlanta is within easy walking distance of the pier, town centre, theatres and the train station.
We offer a wide breakfast choice in our ground floor dining room, which overlooks the sea and captures the morning sunshine.
We are fully licensed and you can enjoy a drink at realistic prices on our front terrace or in our quiet resident's bar.
All our rooms are en-suite and some have their own seating area. All rooms are non-smoking. Guests can smoke in the bar area, outside of meal times.
Early breakfasts are available by prior arrangement and packed lunches can also be provided.
We have owned the Atlanta for 4 years and have made many improvements to ensure our guests enjoy their stay with us in an informal and comfortable environment.
Facilities
The Guest House is an end-of-terrace 4 storey Victorian property about 400 meters east of the pier. The lounge and sea view rooms have panoramic vistas of the sea, beach, promenade and pier.
The guest house is operated by Jason & Caron on a full time basis. We maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service in a relaxed, informal environment.
All our rooms are en-suite or enclosed private bathroom. Rooms with baths or showers are available. They are well furnished and all rooms have new carpets, beds and mattresses. They all have colour T.Vs and a hospitality tray. The rooms are cleaned daily.
We have nine rooms: There is a first floor very large sea view luxury room with additional facilities including a king size bed, fridge and VCR. There are 2 spacious sea view rooms, 4 double rooms and 2 twin rooms.
The sea view double rooms are also available as family rooms. Two of these rooms have adjoining children's rooms and one is very large with adequate space for additional beds.
Hair dryers, iron and ironing boards can be borrowed from reception. A payphone is available.
Rooms are available from 1pm and guests are asked to check out by 10.30am. You are welcome to leave your luggage in reception if you wish to make the most of Eastbourne on your last day.
