Appledore House is a detached family run Guest House with a homely and friendly non-smoking atmosphere. Families are very welcome and there is an enclosed garden for small children.

There is also an Antiques Auction House in Queens Road, which has viewings and sales every other week. Exeter itself has various attractions including 14th century cathedral, historic city centre buildings, museum, river and quayside, and city wall remains. Easy access from M5 and well placed for access to seaside and moorland settings.
